My Goals for My Work:
I want to provide you with a safe place to process the difficulties in your life and in your relationships.  I believe that it takes great courage to ask for help, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you work toward living a life of true happiness. I view my goal as a counselor in a twofold manner: first, my role is to collaborate with you to help you identify any wounds that you carry and where they stem from in the hope that they can be healed. Second, my role is to help you discover the means of relating with your loved ones in a way that leads to a satisfactory quality of life.
